MINI GARMENTS FACTORY
A promisingly sustainable project enables woman with disabled to prepare designer like dresses and be empowered. Outclass outfits undoubtedly exhibiting matchless stitching talents. DISABLED WELFARE ASSOCIATION Located on the third floor, Mini Garment factory building reflects the benevolent intentions of Mr. Jawaid Rais (founder of DWA), who has extended the scope of this small project of 2019 by transforming this mini garment factory into a hub of entrepreneurship activities with sustainable outcomes.

MOBILITY WORKSHOP
Wining global recognition, Mobility Workshop has got proven sustainability with its prolonged impact. In 2007, DWA won third position in the World Bank’s ‘Taraqqi Bazar Competition’ for this project. Mobility Workshop has been fully equipped for the modification of customized Tri-Motorbikes and Tricycles. The most significant fact which won international fame is that majority of its technicians are PWDs themselves.

INCLUSIVE COMPUTER INSTITUTE
Another remarkable milestone of DWA, ‘Inclusive computer Institute’ was established in 2022. This air-conditioned lab is fully accessible for wheel chair users. It has the accommodation of thirty students with desk top computers and laptops as well. LED is also available for computer instructors to conduct their audio visual sessions. Inclusive computer institute is also offering computer courses to the deserving students of surrounding slums.
