Mr. Jawaid Rais (founder of DWA) had the clear vision that financial empowerment is invincible tool for Persons with disabilities for their societal survival. Under his supervision, DWA team has created this online job portal to collect CV from the qualified, skilled and capable youth with disabilities and search appropriate jobs in the public or the private sector. By now, DWA has helped approximately more than one thousand youth to retrieve their jobs.
JOB PLACEMENT OF PWDS
DWA’s HR team does the correspondence with public and private sector organization for job placement of qualified, capable and intelligent youth with disabilities either on merit or on allocated five percent employment quota for PWDs. DWA collects CVs and relevant documents from PWDs and submit these CVs with the relevant documents to the HR executives of the organizations, seeking competent, reliable and qualified employees to fill their vacancies.
INDUSTRIAL SKILLS TRAINING
DWA’s HR team makes connection with the CSRs of industries, which can employ their workforce having disabilities. DWA ensures that the chosen industry and its trade is feasible, safe and risk free for employees with disabilities. After successful discussions, an MOU is signed on the basis of the strategic planning for engaging PWDs in the industrial skills training that lead to their employment in the same industry.
